1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contractual relationships between Julia Hermann, operating under the name Belle Époque (hereinafter referred to as "Provider"), and her clients (hereinafter referred to as "Client" or "Customer").
The Provider offers professional accompaniment and consulting services for business and social events. The service includes in particular:
- Intention Briefing: Preparation and strategy development before the event
- Live Presence: Professional accompaniment during the event
- Integration Debrief: Follow-up discussion and reflection (optional)
Deviating conditions of the Client are not recognized unless the Provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
2. Contract Formation
The contract between the Provider and the Client is formed as follows:
Step 1: Initial Contact
The Client contacts the Provider via the contact options provided on the website (phone, email). This initial contact does not constitute a binding offer.
Step 2: Initial Consultation
In a non-binding initial consultation, the Client's wishes, requirements and specific needs are discussed. The Provider evaluates feasibility and availability.
Step 3: Binding Offer
The Provider submits a written offer (by email or mail) to the Client with all relevant details: scope of service, date, duration, price and payment terms.
Step 4: Acceptance and Contract Formation
The contract is formed through the Client's written confirmation (by email or signed document). With the confirmation, the Client acknowledges these T&C as the contractual basis.
3. Service Description
Nature of Service
Belle Époque offers professional accompaniment and consulting services for business and social events. The service is exclusively professional, serious and business-oriented. It does not include any erotic, sexual or intimate services.

- 3 Standard Evenings
- 11% savings compared to individual booking

- Valid for 12 months
Retainer (CHF 4,000/month)
- 2 evenings per month (Standard or Premium)
- Priority scheduling
- Telegram support between appointments
- Monthly cancellation possible
Important: All packages are individually customizable. Additional services (e.g., travel, hotel costs for multi-day events) are separately agreed and invoiced.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
Prices
All prices stated on the website are net prices in Swiss Francs (CHF). If applicable, statutory VAT will be shown separately.
Prices include the services described in each package. Not included are:
- Travel costs outside the Zurich/Zug area (public transport 2nd class or car allowance CHF 0.70/km)
- Parking fees when traveling by car
- Accommodation costs for multi-day events
- Catering during the event, unless provided by the organizer
- Wardrobe and professional styling services (bookable separately upon request)
Payment Terms
Down Payment:
Upon contract formation, a down payment of 50% of the total amount is due. The booking is confirmed as binding only after receipt of payment.
Final Payment:
The remaining 50% must be transferred to the specified account no later than 3 days before the appointment. In case of late payment, the Provider reserves the right to cancel the appointment.
Retainer Payments
For retainer agreements, payment is made monthly in advance by standing order or direct debit. The first payment is due upon contract formation.
5. Scheduling, Cancellation and Withdrawal
Scheduling
Appointments are arranged individually between the Client and Provider. The Provider endeavors to best accommodate the Client's wishes but cannot guarantee availability at specific times.
Cancellation by Client
The Client may cancel a booking under the following conditions:
- Up to 30 days before the appointment:
Free cancellation. The down payment is fully refunded. - 29-15 days before the appointment:
The down payment (50%) is retained as cancellation fee. The final payment is waived. - 14-8 days before the appointment:
75% of the total amount is due as cancellation fee. - Less than 7 days before the appointment:
100% of the total amount is due as cancellation fee. No refund is possible.
Rescheduling
One free rescheduling is possible up to 15 days before the original appointment. The new appointment must be within 6 months of the original date. Further rescheduling will be treated as cancellations.
Withdrawal by Provider
The Provider may withdraw from the contract if:
- The Client fails to meet payment obligations
- The Provider is prevented from performing for important reasons (e.g., illness). In this case, a substitute will be offered or payment will be fully refunded.
- The Client violates the code of conduct (see Section 7)
In case of withdrawal by the Provider for reasons not attributable to the Client, payments already made will be fully refunded.
6. Confidentiality and Discretion
Absolute confidentiality is the foundation of our work.
All information exchanged as part of the service – including the mere fact that a business relationship exists – is treated by the Provider in strict confidence.
Provider's Obligations
- No disclosure of personal data or business information to third parties (except where legally required)
- No public announcement of the business relationship without express consent
- No taking of photos, videos or audio recordings during the service (except with express consent of the Client)
- Confidential treatment of all details regarding events, conversations and business information
Client's Obligations
The Client also commits to discretion and will:
- Not photograph, film or record the Provider without consent
- Only disclose the Provider's identity to third parties after consultation
- Not make negative or damaging statements about the Provider in public or on social media
7. Code of Conduct and Boundaries
Important Notice:
The service provided by Belle Époque is exclusively professional and business-oriented. No erotic, sexual or intimate services are provided whatsoever.
Any behavior by the Client that violates this fundamental rule will result in immediate termination of the service without refund.
Prohibited Behavior
The following behavior is expressly prohibited and leads to immediate contract termination:
- Inappropriate, suggestive or sexually connoted remarks or gestures
- Any form of physical proximity beyond professional interaction
- Requests for intimate or erotic actions
- Disrespectful, offensive or aggressive behavior
- Consumption of illegal substances or excessive alcohol consumption
- Coercion or pressure of any kind
Consequences of Violation
In case of violation of this code of conduct, the service ends immediately and without refund. The Provider reserves the right to take legal action if the behavior is criminally relevant.
8. Liability
Provider's Liability
The Provider is liable only for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for minor negligence is excluded, unless essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) are affected.
The Provider assumes no liability for:
- Behavior of third parties at events
- Delays due to force majeure (e.g., traffic problems, natural events)
- Client's personal items (valuables, clothing, etc.)
- Indirect damages or consequential damages
Client's Liability
The Client is liable for all damages caused by their behavior. This includes in particular damages to third parties or event venues resulting from inappropriate behavior.
9. Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal for Consumers (applies only to bookings as private individual):
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of contract formation.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Early Performance: If the service is provided at your express request before the withdrawal period expires, your right of withdrawal expires.
Important: The right of withdrawal does not apply to bookings by companies or business clients.
10. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
Applicable Law
All legal relationships between the Provider and the Client are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zug, Switzerland (or the Provider's registered office).
Alternative Dispute Resolution
The Provider endeavors to resolve any disputes through dialogue with the Client. The European Commission provides a platform for alternative dispute resolution (ODR platform): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
The Provider is not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these T&C be or become invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Instead of the invalid provision, a valid regulation that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose shall be deemed agreed.
12. Changes to Terms & Conditions
The Provider reserves the right to change these T&C at any time. Changes will be communicated to the Client by email and are deemed approved if the Client does not object within 30 days of notification.
For existing bookings, the T&C valid at the time of booking apply.
